This policy describes how Emphanex Analytics ("Emphanex," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information through this website and through client engagements. It does not apply to protected health information (PHI) handled under a business associate agreement (BAA), which is governed by that agreement and by HIPAA.

Through this site: the information you choose to submit when contacting us or registering for materials (such as name, organization, role, email and phone). Hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs for security and delivery. Through engagements: remittance data, claims data and, where provided, general ledger extracts, submitted solely under an executed BAA.

Website form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and deliver requested materials such as the annual benchmark. Engagement data is used exclusively to perform the diagnostic or engagement you requested and is never used for any other purpose without your written consent.

We do not sell personal information or client data. We do not share client remittance, claims or ledger data with payers or with any third party outside the engagement. Any de-identified benchmark data is aggregated and opt-out at your request.

Engagement data is retained only for the duration required to deliver the engagement and any agreed retention period in your BAA. You may request return or destruction of your data at any time; we will confirm in writing once complete.

Emphanex does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. Limited site-performance or security technologies may be enabled by our hosting environment. If we add non-essential analytics or tracking technologies, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are activated.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, consistent with our obligations under HIPAA and any applicable BAA.
